We are becoming individualists and we dont understand each others failures and of course there is no question of appreciating success.Naturally an academic failure leads to frustration. frsustration leads to variety of obsessions.It is a vicious circle and such sufferers lead a mixed way of hope and failure path. Confused and confronting. I came across many such students of mine and realised that they need to understand the failures properly. they need support emotional financial as well as intellectual.
The most practical support is to give time for them.I am just intiator of this but i expect all of you to grab this as an opportunity and help support each other.

Dattatreya kuber was my student who made me get in to this now he has cleared 17 subjects odd at once and doing some job some where. Kaustubh Joshi is a son of my friend Anil who came to me at once and cleared his year in enginnering. Now he is persuing iind year of engg.
